Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer care team and a shipping label will be sent to you. KBC does not cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds issued will be in the amount of the original purchase, minus return shipping cost. Once we receive your return, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original payment method, and a refund notification will be sent via email.
